2020 Annual Scientific Meeting

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
In light of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, the Executive Committee has taken the difficult decision to cancel or at least postpone the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM), due to take place in Glasgow on 28th & 29th May 2020.
We would like to extend our thanks to everyone who has contributed to the development of the 2020 meeting. A huge amount of work has gone into preparations from members, contributors, committees, sponsors, exhibitors and suppliers and we are hopeful that we will be able to deliver an excellent conference at a future date.
We received a high number of excellent abstract submissions and are exploring the options of sharing these. We will be in touch with those concerned in due course.
The cancellation of the conference has necessitated the postponement of the Annual Business Meeting and further details of when and where this will take place will be sent in due course.
We understand that this decision will have implications for many of you and ask for your patience and understanding while our team work through the next steps.
